Thanks to our own development and many years of experience, we deliver test machines and automated lines to various industries that are capable of assuring both the assembly and, most importantly, 100% control of the mechanical properties of individual specimens, parts and entire finished products such as test specimens for tensile tests and pressure or impact toughness, pressure bottles, diaphragm springs, automobile lamellae, pressure discs and PKW couplings.

Robotic Systems X-Runner

X-RUNNER robotized systems from LABORTECH make it possible to handle standard standardized samples as well as entire products with standard test systems. The modular system for robotized test systems offers the possibility to perform the required tests efficiently and reproducibly. Custom solutions can be individually assembled from standardized components.

AZS.1 – ROBOTIC WORKPLACE FOR TENSILE TESTS

X RUNNER automated robotic test systems are designed for precise and fast sample handling in conjunction with the electromechanical or hydraulic testing systems labTest E series and H series.  These robotic systems are produced in several modifications and are designed for automatic testing of flat samples. Thanks to the modular design, various peripherals can be connected to our robotic test systems.

  • Modular and economical system with the possibility of customization according to customer requirements. 

​

  • Low operating and maintenance costs including 100% machine utilization (3 shifts). 

​

  • Total Cycle of the line – loading of the sample up to 20 sec with a max. weight of test samples of 30 kg. 

​

  • Control system X RUNNER – SIEMENS Simatic S7 1500 incl. LCD – RUNNERTest v. 2 and robot FANUC, HYUNDAY, KUKA. 

​

Application – Standards:

Automated testing of standardized samples in accordance with EN ISO 6892-1 or EN ISO 527-1.

AZS.2 – ROBOTIC WORKPLACE FOR IMPACT TESTS                                                    

X RUNNER automated robotic systems designed for precise and fast handling of notch toughness samples in conjunction with LABORTECH impact hammers of the CHK series. These robotic systems are produced in several modifications depending on how many samples will be tested within 24 hours, what types of samples and at what temperatures.  Based on these requirements, the robotic workplace is precisely specified.

  • Modular and economical system with the possibility of customization according to customer requirements. 

​

  • Low operating and maintenance costs including 100% machine utilization (3 shifts). 

​

  • Loading the sample into the impact hammer up to 5 sec including breakage. Max. weight 5 kg. 

​

  • Control system X RUNNER – SIEMENS Simatic S7 1500 incl. LCD – RUNNERTest v. 2 and robot FANUC, HYUNDAY, KUKA. 

​

Application – Standards:

Automated testing of notch toughness samples in accordance with EN ISO 148-1, EN ISO 148-2, ASTM E23.
